Cyanotype workshops – simple technique, unique effect
Cyanotype This is one of the oldest techniques of fine art photography. Once used for creating reproductions, today it's considered alternative photography. The photosensitivity of iron salts is used to make prints—hence the blue color. Cyanotype allows for the creation of contact images, meaning by placing objects directly on paper coated with a photosensitive substance. Sounds complicated? Nothing could be further from the truth! The entire process is simple, intriguing, and completely safe. I'll guide you through it step by step.
Who are the cyanotype workshops for?
For anyone who wants to learn something new, enjoys crafts, or simply wants to spend an interesting evening in a relaxed atmosphere. This workshop will focus on plant motifs – you'll create two prints in two different sizes. You'll also receive clip frames and a passe-partout for framing your works, so they'll be ready to hang on the wall after the workshop.

How to prepare for the workshops?
For the cyanotype workshop, wear comfortable clothes (it might get a little dirty) and bring a good mood. I'll take care of the rest 🙂
You'll receive everything you need to make 4 prints (in two sizes), and I'll help you properly protect and package your finished work. Everything will fit in one bag, making it convenient and easy to take home.
