Kusamono with Morgana Sedum <\/strong>(Sedum morganianum), in a concrete pot, placed on a plywood stand.
The work was done about 2 years ago, so I am sure that the plant has taken root well and is growing steadily.<\/p>\n

Sedum morganianum is a succulent with fleshy, pendulous shoots that visibly elongate over time, changing the overall shape. In kusamono, the shoots naturally extend beyond the container's outline, gradually shifting the focus of the composition. The concrete container was chosen to maintain the plant's proportions and provide stable growing conditions.
\nAppropriate exposure to light allowed me to slow down the plant's growth and maintain the planned proportions of the composition.<\/p>\n

The kusamono sits on a simple, charred plywood stand. This stand is not a permanent fixture \u2013 it can be used on both sides (one side light, the other dark) or left out, depending on the display location.<\/p>\n

    KUSAMONO CARE<\/p>\n

    Kusamono is best placed in a bright spot with access to indirect light. The plant also tolerates short periods of direct sunlight.<\/p>\n

    Watering should be adjusted to the room's conditions \u2013 the soil should dry out visibly between waterings. Watering every 10-14 days, using a small amount, works best.<\/p>\n

    The soil mixture used is nutritious, so fertilization isn't necessary for extended periods. The first fertilization can be introduced after about a year, observing the plant's response.<\/p>\n

    As the shoots grow, the kusamono's form will change. If the plant begins to significantly outgrow the container, please contact me \u2013 I can suggest adjustments to the composition or repotting if necessary.<\/p>\n

      PACKING AND SHIPPING<\/p>\n

      Kusamono is carefully protected for transport in ecological cardboard, with a matching insert to stabilize the plant and the vessel. The packaging is simple, aesthetically pleasing, and suitable for gift-giving.<\/p>\n

      Shipping is dependent on weather conditions. In extremely cold or hot weather, shipping may be delayed or postponed.
